Ageri Traditional Villa is approved by ΕΟΤ and based on the traditional principles of Cretan hospitality, is placed in beautiful surroundings at the entrance of Argiroupolis Rethymnon.
It is 180sqm, two level house which can accommodate up to 10 people. Εven a group with two different families.
The first floor is for 6 Persons. It has 3 Bedrooms, 4 Beds ( 2 double and 2 single), a big Kitchen (with oven, microwave oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster and coffee machine), Livingroom (with TV), 1 Bathroom ( with washing machine) and a WC.
The second floor is up to 4 Persons. It has 2 beds and 2 sofa-bebs (with Air Condition and TV), a smaller Kitchen (with fridge/freezer, oven, toaster and coffee machine), a (WC) and 2 Balcones with magnificent view.
Also It contains the necessary equipment for a baby (baby stroller, chair and cot).
Created in an area of 1,000 sqm, the exterior ground of Traditional Villa Ageri has stone architecture and is full of fruit trees.
In our garden area you will find a barbeque also there is a two level swimming pool (1/1,50 meters).
The villa offers to the visitor a stunning sunset by the swimming pool and relaxation moments in the veranda, with a view to the mountains of the area.

For dining there are a lot of good Tavernas and Restaurants in the area, with the closest only 5 minutes away on foot. Bakery is just next to the Villa and near by a local Pharmacy. In Argiroupolis village you can find a Super market, with fresh vegetables and local meat, but there you wiil also find local shops with traditional Cretan products and souvenirs.
Argiroupolis, was built on the ruins of Lappa, one of the 100 major cities of Minoan Crete, is a village with incredible natural beauty, surrounded by flowers, green trees and springs.
The Ageri Traditional Villa It is located in the central part of western Crete, in the border of Chania and Rethymnon prefectures, only 7 km from the north coast of the island, Episkopi Beach. Just 19 km from Rethymnon and 55 from Chania, while it is ideal for day trips to the south coast (Plakias, Fragokastello, Monastery Preveli). You need a car if you would like to make some trips arround.
